Primal Bison is the brand name we sell under. The business behind it is Big Heart Bison LLC, a Colorado limited liability company doing business as Memphis Ranch Meat Company.
All three names refer to the same family business. Orders, invoices, emails, text messages, packaging, and shipments you receive from us may carry any of them. If you recognize one name but not another, you are still in the right place.

Charges on your card statement
Purchases from us appear on your credit card or bank statement as SP MEMPHIS RANCH.
If you see that charge and do not recognize it, it is us. Please call or email before disputing it and we will look up the order for you.
Response times
We answer email and voicemail within one to two business days, Monday through Friday. During farmers market season and holiday weeks, replies may take slightly longer.
For anything time-sensitive about an order already in transit, please call rather than email.
Visiting the ranch
On-site sales are by appointment only. Please call or email before coming out so we can be sure someone is there to meet you. Directions are available on our Map & Directions page.
Farmers markets
We sell in person at farmers' markets throughout the season. Current dates and locations are listed on our Farmers Markets page.
